NAME
       userimport
SYNOPSIS
        userimport [-ugvr] [-p adminpassword] [-d default_password] <filename>

DESCRIPTION

       User management: Import users, rules, and groups into the system
                        from an XML file created by userexport.

       Options:

         -u             Import users
         -g             Import groups
         -r             Import rules
         -v             Verbose

       If neither -u,-g, or -r are specified, all are implicitly turned on.

         -p             Administrator's password, needed for importing users. If
                        not specified, the current session's password is used.
         -d             Default password for the users if none is
                        specified in the XML file (default after using
                        the userexport command). If not specified and no password
                        is given, "secret" is the default default password.

       Note that the import or rules only works under CAP 4.0+
